Really good stay. Food was excellent, service from Ruby was excellent as well. Pool good, grounds nice. Only marked down as the glasses we had in our room weren’t clean and the slightly limited times we could take the kids to the pool. Although if we’d gone without the kids, I’ve have been positive about that…!

A really lovely hotel set in a fantastic tranquil location however there is evidence that it is getting a little tired. I stayed in room 306 and reported the that I couldn’t get the heating to work and with minutes a very friendly maintenance man arrived and sorted the problem. However, the heating never got up to the modest setting we desired. We realised the the room must have a problem previously as there was a standard domestic electric floor heater already there. Beds were very comfortable. Dinner was excellent and served us by Jamie R who provided an amazing service and confidently answered the questions that I asked. The lounges were comfortable and provided a restful area to chill. Overall the stay was good.

We stayed on Sunday-Monday 29-30 March for a golfing trip at dinner on Sunday night our waiter was Jamie Can I just said what a star he was great looking after us very good at his job an very attentive to our needs He is an excellent member of your staff

Great stay. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Food was great. Matthew was very friendly and attentive, service from him was great, couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend.

Booked a spa trip with my son as he had been away in Australia for 6 months . The drive up to the hotel is stunning . The room was a disabled room on the same level as reception. The pool and sauna and steam room were fabulous , not busy considering it was Easter week, we both had a 50 minute full body massage which was done by Phobe and Lauren , I have to say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had and believe me I’ve had well over 40, she increased the pressure when I asked and made sure I was comfortable at all times as I have disabilities. The restaurant was spotless and the food was fabulous, we had fillet steak and the burger ❤️. My son had squid which was good but ridiculously priced for 3 pieces, as a family we’ve decided to boycott starters as they are only £3 or £4 difference from The main meal - wish we had stuck to it . The server Tilly was super helpful and very attentive without being in your face . We’ve had a lovely relaxing time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back ❤️

Matthew was particularly very friendly and helpful which made a very enjoyable experience, very good looking waiter and had a smile on his face all night. Definitely made the night a lot better.

We have stayed here at slayley hall many times over the last 10 years it is where we got engaged so it holds very special memories for us. We had a lovely stay as always. Cetain areas need a little maintance and it would be really nice if you could buy a nice cocktail rather than a pre made one. Our server in the resturant was a young lady called lilly who was lovely well manered , very polite and nothing was to much trouble for her.
