• Offers are based on a minimum of 2 people sharing a classic twin or double room. Single Supplements apply.
• Dinner inclusive provides £32 spend per adult, on food, from 5:30pm. Additional spend will be charged as a supplement.
• Spa Retail Vouchers – receive £5 off when spending over £40 or £10 off when spending £70 or more.
• 20% off additional treatments available when booking on these on the day with the spa. Subject to availability.
• Welcome Drink includes a choice of a House Spirit 25ml + Mixer, Soft Drink, glass House Wine (175ml), Prosecco (125ml), Pint – Draught Beer or Cider.
• Cream tea – pot of tea with Scone and Cream.
• Valid on new bookings only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer and promotion.
• There are only a limited number of bedrooms available on this promotion at this rate.
• We reserve the right to amend or cancel any offers as appropriate without prior notice.

• Deposit required: 100% - reservation will be booked and paid via our website .
• Cancellation policy: Non-refundable or transferable.
• 30-minute spa treatments include 25 minutes treatment time and 5 minutes client care and consultation.
• If you have any pre-existing physical or medical condition's including pregnancy, please let our spa teams or booking agents know at the time of booking.
• If you have booked a spa break with us, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, so you can complete our consultation form and begin your relaxation experience.
• All guests staying on a residential spa break have access to your accommodation and leisure facilities from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. We kindly request that your room is vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available on request, simply ask at reception and we'll notify you of any additional charges.
